The team

Hi 😊 My name is Noha (founder of SAHA). I moved to USA in 2016. Few months later I started to miss some of my favorite snacks from back home, especially BABA GHANOUJ, and I was missing eating my chicken with the best GARLIC PASTE ever! So I decided to cook my own!

When I joined the Zumba community I admired the dedication and consistency of all the healthy people who never missed a class and always trying to eat healthy. So I decided to share those healthy, low-calories, and plant-based snacks with them!

The mission

Our mission is to encourage others to choose healthy eating by offering a wide variety of healthy plant-based food and make it easy to buy it online and at the Farmers Markets. We have lots of healthy foods to choose from for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack time.

The logo

The logo is a visual of the top of an opened container of our spreads. The mint leaf is traditionally used as a decoration on top of meals for presentation.

The meaning of SAHA: SAHA is a Lebanese word that has 2 meanings: Health and Bon appetit! It also rhymes with my name NOHA 😊
