I moved to the U.S. in 2016, and like every immigrant, I carried my cravings with me — the flavors of home, the aromas of my childhood, and all the little things you can’t just find in a grocery store. SAHA originally began when I started making my own baba ghanouj and garlic paste because I missed the taste of “back home.” I shared them with my Zumba community, who inspired me with their healthy lifestyles and love for real, homemade food.

But as I integrated into the beautiful Tampa Bay area, I realized that just sharing my products wasn’t enough—I wanted to share the entire culinary experience.

Through Live Cook with Noha, I turn my kitchen into your classroom, teaching you the authentic techniques and vibrant flavors of my Lebanese heritage, all while creating the same authentic dishes I grew up with.
