Put on your chef hat, tie on your team apron, grab a glass of wine, and get ready to experience Lebanon through food!
Join Chef Noha Chalawit of SAHA Network, winner of Best Food Art Talent at La Bahía Tampa 2026, for a fun, social and completely hands-on Lebanese cooking experience at Show + Tell at Armature Works.
For this edition of Be a Chef for the Night, we're starting with one of Lebanon's most loved dishes: KAFTA!
But this isn't your typical cooking class.
You'll cook, taste, mingle and compete while learning how to prepare an authentic Lebanese feast from scratch. Come with a friend, make it a date night, or come solo and meet new people—we'll pair everyone into teams of 2!

Your Chef Experience
When you arrive, it's time to become a chef for the night!
You'll receive your chef hat, colored team apron, and a personalized calligraphy name tag.
Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine provided by Armature Works, meet your fellow chefs, take some photos and get ready for the fun to begin.
The Lebanese Masterclass
Chef Noha will guide you step-by-step through the flavors, spices and techniques behind an authentic Lebanese table.
You'll learn how to season, shape and prepare traditional kafta in several different ways, make fresh tabbouleh, work with grilled vegetables and toasted pita, and discover easy techniques you can recreate in your own kitchen.
And we can't have a Lebanese feast without the dips!
You'll prepare authentic Lebanese hummus and baba ghanouj from scratch, learning the ingredients, techniques and finishing touches behind two of Chef Noha's favorite Lebanese staples.
The Grand Feast
We'll bring everything together, sit down and enjoy the Lebanese feast we created.
Share food, enjoy the atmosphere and celebrate your new cooking skills with the people you cooked alongside.
It's part cooking class, part dinner party, part cultural experience, and sometimes some belly dancing—all in one night.
