ABOUT SAHA🌱

The team

Hi, I’m Noha, founder of Saha Network. I moved to the U.S. in 2016, and like many immigrants, I carried the flavors of home with me: the garlic, the lemon, the herbs, the spices, and the dishes that made me feel connected to Lebanon.

Saha started with fresh Lebanese dips like baba ghanouj and garlic paste, and has grown into cooking experiences, private events, and food products inspired by the flavors I grew up with.

I’m proud to now offer Saha cooking experiences on Airbnb Experiences, while also hosting live cooking events at local restaurants, private gatherings, and monthly pop-up experiences around Tampa Bay.

Through Saha Network, my goal is to make Lebanese food feel exciting, welcoming, and memorable, whether you’re joining a cooking class, booking a private event, or discovering one of our food products for the first time.

Noha 😊

The mission

Our mission is to share the bold, comforting flavors of Lebanon in a fresh and modern way. Through cooking experiences, private events, and Lebanese-inspired food products, Saha Network brings people together around food that feels homemade, memorable, and full of flavor.

The logo

SAHA Network’s logo reflects where it all began—sharing the homemade flavors I missed from back home. The mint leaf, a classic Lebanese touch, symbolizes freshness, hospitality, and tradition.

The Meaning of SAHA:
SAHA means to your health and bon appétit in Lebanese—and yes, it rhymes with Noha 😊😊

Where The Bread Edit Fits In

In 2025, I created The Bread Edit, a new SAHA project dedicated entirely to artisan Mediterranean breads. SAHA is the brand; The Bread Edit is the bakery arm. Together they bring cultural flavors to life—one dip, one loaf, one story at a time.
