Made in small batches with real ingredients: grilled eggplant, tahini, garlic, lemon, and a pinch of sea salt. There's no vegetable oils or dairy. It is Vegan and Gluten-Free. Use as a sandwich spread, a dip with crackers or veggies, an appetizer or side-dish, a condiment on salads.
