Put your chef hat on and join me at Armature Works for a fun, hands-on Lebanese cooking experience featuring one of Lebanon’s most loved foods: Chicken Shawarma.
During this 3-hour experience, you’ll learn how to season and marinate chicken shawarma, prepare traditional Lebanese sides, assemble your own shawarma, and turn everything into a beautiful meal to enjoy together.
But this is more than a cooking class. It’s the full Be a Chef for the Night experience — chef hats, colored team aprons, Arabic calligraphy name tags, Lebanese food, new friends, and a little friendly competition!
You’ll Learn & Make
• Authentic Lebanese Chicken Shawarma
• Hummus from scratch
• My signature Lebanese Garlic Whip (Toum)
• Fresh Fattoush Salad
• Warm pita and traditional shawarma toppings
You’ll also see the chicken shawarma cooking on the vertical shawarma machine as part of the experience and learn how to recreate the flavors at home without needing one.
Your Experience Includes
• Full 3-hour hands-on cooking experience
• All ingredients and cooking tools
• Chef hat for the class
• Colored team apron
• Your name written in Arabic calligraphy
• Step-by-step guidance with Chef Noha Chalawit
• Take-home recipes
• A complimentary glass of wine provided by Armature Works
• Your full Lebanese meal to enjoy at the end
The Cooking Competition
You’ll be paired into teams of two and cook together throughout the evening.
At the end, each team will create its best final presentation for our friendly Best Presentation of the Night challenge.
So bring your creativity along with your appetite — because we’re not just cooking it, we’re making it look amazing too!
